Subject: [PATCH] efi_loader: store DT in EFI_RUNTIME_SERVICES_DATA memory

EFI_RUNTIME_SERVICES_DATA memory.

The UEFI spec recommends to store all configuration tables in
EFI_RUNTIME_SERVICES_DATA memory.
