Copy the devicetree source for the V3(s)/S3 SoCs and all existing boards
verbatim from the Linux v5.18-rc1 tag.

This commit also adds the following new board devicetrees:
 - sun8i-s3-elimo-initium.dts
 - sun8i-v3-sl631-imx179.dts

This update should not impact any existing U-Boot functionality.
