Subject: [PATCH] watchdog: omap_wdt: Fix WDT timeout configuration

The timeout parameter of omap3_wdt_start() is in miliseconds, while
GET_WLDR_VAL() expects parameter in seconds. Fix this so the WDT
driver is actually usable.
