Subject: [PATCH] mmc: atmel_sdhci: Enable the quirk SDHCI_QUIRK_WAIT_SEND_CMD

To fix the timeout of sending the write command, enable the quirk
SDHCI_QUIRK_WAIT_SEND_CMD.
