board: ea: mx7ulp_com: move setting CONFIG_BOOTCOMMAND to defconfig

Move setting CONFIG_BOOTCOMMAND to the mx7ulp_com_defconfig file.
It also allows replacing the default CONFIG_BOOTCOMMAND without
code modification.
