ARM: dts: logicpd-torpedo-37xx-devkit-u-boot: Remove unused GPIO

The only GPIO bank needed in SPL is GPIO4 and the SPL space is tight.

This patch removes the all but GPIO4 from the spl device tree to
reduce the SPL footprint.
