mtd: probe SPI NOR devices in mtd_probe_devices()

mtd: probe SPI NOR devices in mtd_probe_devices()

In order for `mtd list` U-Boot command to list SPI NOR devices without
the need to run `sf probe` before, we have to probe SPI NOR devices in
mtd_probe_devices().
