fw_env: remove duplicated definitions

fw_env: remove duplicated definitions

Since commit d3716dd ("env: Rename the redundancy flags"), the
definitions of ENV_REDUND_OBSOLETE & ENV_REDUND_ACTIVE was moved
to env.h.

Fixes:
