km/ls102xa: fix device disable configuration

This was probably broken when mainlining, CONFIG_FSL_DEVICE_DISABLE is
not Kconfig but whitelisted.

It's fine to be without flag as this is always enabled for abec1020
(pg-wcom-ls102xa.h)
