Subject: [PATCH] cmd_bootm.c: Fix problem with '#if (CONFIG_CMD_USB)'

A recent patch used '#if (CONFIG_CMD_USB)' instead of
'#if defined(CONFIG_CMD_USB)'. This patch fixes this problem and makes
common/bootm.c compile again.
