Subject: [PATCH] Blackfin: gd_t: relocate volatile markings

This makes Blackfin behave the same as other ports, and fixes many gcc
warnings that show up with 4.5+:
	board.c:40:1: warning: optimization may eliminate reads and/or
		writes to register variables
