Ported from Linux kernel commit 6554400d6f66 ("scsi: ufs: core: Add UFSHCD_QUIRK_BROKEN_64BIT_ADDRESS") with ufs_scsi_buffer_aligned() based on U-Boot generic bounce buffer.
