misc: i2c_eeprom: Add compatible for 24AA02E48

Add the new compatible "microchip,24aa02e48" to accommodate 24AA02E48,
the 24AA02E48 is a 2K I2C Serial EEPROM with pre-programmed globally
unique, 48-bit node address, and 8-byte page size.
