Blackfin: bfin_mac: convert CONFIG_BFIN_MAC_RMII to CONFIG_RMII

No point in having a Blackfin-specific define "CONFIG_BFIN_MAC_RMII" that
does exactly the same thing as common "CONFIG_RMII".
