 CONFIG_SPL_ROCKCHIP_BACK_TO_BROM

Change the description relating to CONFIG_SPL_ROCKCHIP_BACK_TO_BROM to
clarify that both RK3288 and RK3036 use

	CONFIG_SPL_ROCKCHIP_BACK_TO_BROM=y
