pci: apple: Enable CONFIG_SYS_PCI_64BIT

The Apple hardware supports 64-bit prefetchable memory windows so
enable CONFIG_SYS_PCI_64BIT. This fixes BAR assignments for the
Broadcom Ethernet controller used in some of the desktop machines.
